Reklamediyoruz.com üzerinden yaptığınız alışverişlerde siparişinizi tamamladıktan sonra ürünün özelliklerinin veya siparişinizin hatalı olduğunu fark etmeniz halinde, siparişin üretime alınıp alınmama durumuna göre farklı yollar izlemeniz gerekmektedir;
- Ürün Üretime Alınmadıysa:
Sipariş verdiğiniz ürün eğer üretime alınmadıysa siparişinizi iptal edip gerekli düzenlemeleri yapmak mümkündür. Tasarımlı ürünlerde baskı onayı verilmediği ve doğrudan üretime gitmediği sürece iptal hakkınız olduğunu hatırlatmak isteriz.
2. Ürün Üretime Alındıysa:
Üretim sürecinde olan ürünlerin iptal edilmesi mümkün değildir.
