Siparişleriniz Hazırlanma sürecinde seçmiş olduğunuz özelliklere göre üretildikten sonra ürün sayfasında belirtilen süre içerisinde tarafınıza gönderilmeye çalışılır. Siparişleriniz Yurtiçi Kargo aracılığı ile adresinize kadar ücretsiz şekilde gönderilir.
Kargo Süreci Hakkında Bilmeniz Gerekenler
- Ürünleriniz kargoya verildikten sonra yaşanabilecek problemlerde en hızlı çözüm; kargo firması (Yurtiçi Kargo - 444 99 99) ile görüşmek veya https://www.yurticikargo.com sitesini ziyaret etmek olacaktır. Yine de böyle durumlarda çözümü hızlandırmak adına biz elimizden gelenin en iyisini sizin memnuniyetiniz için yapıyor olacağız.
- Kargo firması, siparişte belirtmiş olduğunuz adreste sizi bulamazsa ürünleriniz bölgenizde kargo şubesine geri götürülür. 3 gün içerisinde ürünlerinizi şubeden teslim almamanız halindeyse üründen firmamıza geri iade edilir.
- Kargonuzu teslim alırken hasar veya eksik ürün olup olmadığını kontrol etmeli ve teslimat kaynaklı bir hasar meydana gelmişse hasar tutanağı tutturmalısınız.
